Join Megan at Studio on Water for this weekly uplifting class to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. The first half of the Mindful Movement Flow & Stretch class begins with meditative practices followed by gentle movement – helping you shift from thinking to feeling. The second half consists of deep stretching – aimed at enhancing balance, mobility, and flexibility while building strength. Through mindful movement and deep stretching, you’ll release tension and support your body’s overall well-being. Connect your mind, body, and soul as you ease into your day with intention and presence.
