Entertainment happens downtown all year long. Ideal for your public art exhibitions, installations, receptions, book launches, pop-ups, product launches and food and beverage tastings.

For events that call for focus and calm, we offer window coverings to create a warm, private, and intimate atmosphere ~ cozy, tucked away, great for photoshoots, wellness and mindfulness sessions, corporate meetings, presentations, guest speakers and lectures.
For guests and attendees arriving by car, short-term parking is available curb-side with daily and nightly rates at Prospera Place and the Delta Grand Hotel.

Rates
Rental rates start at $55 per hour and vary depending on your date, time, booking type, and number of guests. Every booking includes a dedicated Studio On Water host to support you from start to finish.
