Sarah Carrington is an indie author, nurse, and survivor. Her life has been anything but ordinary, shaped by resilience, overcoming adversity, and personal growth. After growing up in a strict religious community, facing homelessness, and becoming a single mother overnight, she turned her experiences into a mission: to inspire others to rise above hardship and reclaim their strength.
In Sarah’s memoir, Where Do I Belong, she shares her journey of survival, trauma recovery, and self-discovery. She recently completed nursing school and is beginning my career in healthcare, while continuing to write and share her story. She donates $1 from every book sale to cancer research in memory of a dear friend.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Sarah exploring the outdoors, spending time with loved ones, or reading inspirational books with a strong cup of coffee.
Life doesn’t make you strong—rising above does. Sarah’s goal is to remind people of that, one story at a time.
