After years of living in Montreal, Victor moved to Kelowna having originally been from Chile. Victor is self-taught and has always enjoyed painting but has spent much more time on his art in the past five years. His favourite scenes are urban settings, landscapes and prairies, old barns and abandoned elevators. He is intrigued by the mystery of old buildings that soon will be gone.
